Meet CLaire
I am a wife and mother of 2 teens based in North Essex. In 2016, I launched my blog ‘Club Forty’ with a simple but powerful goal: to offer women over 40 representation in the fashion world. At the time, our vibrant and diverse demographic was often left out of mainstream fashion conversations, so I created a space to celebrate style at any age. What started as a passion project grew into a hugely successful platform, and today I’m proud to have built a social media community of over 350k followers.
My STory
In the early days, I hosted fashion events in my local community which led to women requesting my services as a Personal Stylist. This side of my business grew by word-of-mouth and I thrived on helping women rediscover their unique style and feel confident and fabulous every day. In lockdown, I took my services online which allowed me to connect with incredible clients from all over the world.
I’ve had the privilege of producing and hosting fashion shows at The Ideal Home Exhibition, Harrods Beauty, The Suffolk Show and John Lewis department store. I have been invited on panel discussions at Cannes Lions and BBC Radio, and featured in numerous fashion campaigns with brands including Freemans, M&S, Peacocks, Phase Eight, Fat Face to name a few.
I’m now a regular presenter on ITV’s This Morning where I host the fashion segment and style size 10 and 18 models in identical outfits to prove that ‘style has no size’.
My journey has been all about proving that women deserve to look and feel their best – regardless of age, size, or budget.
